How quickly can you turn around a shortlist?
Seven days from the brief call to four to six calibrated candidates is our standard. For unusually narrow roles we'll flag the realistic timeline up front rather than overpromise.
What does "calibrated" actually mean?
It means we've spent real time understanding what good looks like for your specific team and role — usually a 30-minute brief plus a sample of your existing high performers. Then we screen against that, not a generic role profile.
Where do you operate?
We're based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with our sharpest network across India — Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Pune — plus remote roles across APAC. We've placed further afield too; if a search is outside our depth we'll say so up front.
What roles do you specialise in?
Product, design, engineering, data, and senior people / talent roles. If you need someone outside that — operations, sales leadership, marketing — ask. We have a small partner network we trust.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Tightly. We can run searches without naming you publicly, manage NDAs with candidates, and structure outreach to avoid signalling a leadership change. Tell us the constraints, we'll work within them.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Retained searches include a replacement guarantee inside 90 days at no extra fee. For single-role engagements we'll work with you in good faith — we'd rather fix it than lose your trust.
